Boiler Breakdown Duloch Dunfermline

We were called out to this potterton promax in Duloch today. The boiler had broken down and was making a lot of noise. After the strip down of the appliance we discovered that along with a heat exchanger leaking the main burner seal was broken in 2 places. We classified this as immediately dangerous and shut the boiler down. A replacement boiler has been booked in for next week
